All Sales Are Final
All sales made on odditiesandcuriositiesexpo.com are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace or refund items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. To report an issue, please follow these steps:
  1. Email our support team at contact@oddities.com
  2. Provide your Order Number and full name.
  3. Attach clear photo or video evidence showing the damage or defect.
Once we review and approve your request, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method at no additional cost to you.
