Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on major holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
We offer standard and expedited shipping within the contiguous United States. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination address.
  • Standard: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Please note that The Oddities & Curiosities Expo is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been securely handed over to the shipping carrier .
Damaged Items Upon Arrival
If your item arrives broken or defective due to transit, please email our support team immediately at contact@oddities.com . To qualify for a review, please include the following in your email:
  1. Your Order Number and full name.
  2. Clear photo or video evidence showing the damage to the item and the packaging .
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience to our international fans.
