• Event Details: The Oddities and Curiosities Expo ("The Expo") is an event that showcases vendors, artists, and businesses selling odd and unique items. All event details, including dates, times, locations, and participating vendors, are subject to change without prior notice.

• Ticket Sales: Tickets purchased through our website or authorized ticketing partners are non-refundable. All ticket sales are final. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers.

• Ticket Validity: The name on the ticket does not need to match the attendee's ID. The QR or barcode on the ticket is the sole requirement for entry. Each ticket is valid for one entry on the day(s) specified on the ticket.

• Cancellations: In the rare event that The Expo is fully canceled, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be processed. We are not responsible for any other costs, including travel or lodging, incurred by attendees.

• Final Sale Policy: All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items purchased from our online store. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

• Order Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your order, including the item selected, size, and shipping address.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within [e.g., 7] days of delivery. We reserve the right to remove any vendor from the event for a breach of these guidelines.

• Intellectual Property: By submitting an application, you grant The Oddities and Curiosities Expo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your business name, logos, and product images for promotional purposes related to The Expo.

• General Behavior: We are an all-ages event and expect all attendees, vendors, and staff to be respectful of one another. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of illegal behavior will not be tolerated.

• Photography and Videography: Attendees are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. However, we ask that you be respectful of vendors and other attendees. If a vendor has a sign requesting no photography, please respect their wishes.

• Liability for Personal Belongings: The Oddities and Curiosities Expo is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property of attendees or vendors.

All content on this website, including but not limited to our logo, event branding, text, and images, is the property of The Oddities and Curiosities Expo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our content without our express written permission.

The Oddities and Curiosities Expo, its organizers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from your attendance at the event, use of this website, or interaction with vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or safety of any products sold by vendors at the event.
